What Makes The Crosstraining Club different?

The Crosstraining Club workouts are circuit training classes. The one hour class incorporates sets of resistance exercise ( body weights, free weights, weight machines, dumbbells, bands, etc.) with sets of cardiovascular exercise ( treadmill, rowing machine, cardio drills, spin bike,etc.). The classes are different every day. Circuit training is a creative and flexible way to keep exercise interesting. A one hour circuit training class is effective, efficient, and fun!
